- The deposited amount of money will be forwarded to the payee’s wallet (a) after the payer confirms that the service has been rendered to the payer full satisfaction, or (b) after expiry of the response period of 24 hours following the notification inviting the payer to confirm the service status, or (c) after a legally binding decision or an arbitration by QAAZII ruling against the payer’s objection in a disputed claim.
- Users can pay out the service with a valid bank card or mobile money.
- By releasing funds from the Escrow Account the Payer accepts that this money is non-refundable.
- QAAZII’s payment service provider reserves the right to change or restrict the payment options available and the supported payment institutions for withdrawals from the QAAZII Wallet at any time.
§ 7 Usage restrictions

§ 8 Fees
- Registration with QAAZII is free of charge. QAAZII’s fees only apply to the use of the service. QAAZII’s fees are included in the Service Costs quoted by the Payees and account for approximately 16% of such costs, tax excluded.
- The Receipts of the transactions are transmitted electronically.
§ 9 Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation of a service request
The User can cancel a service request anytime without penalty before the acceptance of an offer. Once an offer is accepted and the fund is paid in the Escrow Account, any cancellation is penalized and the canceller (payer or payee) must pay a cancellation fee amounting to 5% the value of the transaction, tax included.
- Refund policy
- A Payer is entitled to receive a refund of funds (partly or in full) held in the Escrow Account under the following circumstances:
- No-response: The service offered by the payee is not delivered. In such a case the payer is fully refunded and the payee is sanctioned with a fee amounting to 5% of the value transaction, tax included.
- Poor quality: The service offered by the service provider is unsatisfactory and the payer (buyer) engages in dispute:
- The buyer and the service provider may mutually agree to a refund for reasons other than the previous clause however authorization of such refunds will be subject to a review by QAAZII.
- Where the buyer is at fault in the dispute, the payment will follow its normal course and the service provider will be paid the due fee.
- Where the service provider is at fault in the dispute, the buyer will be fully refunded.
Buyers must avoid filing a dispute too frequently or reversing payment through their credit card holder. Attempts to seek a refund in this way will lead to the Buyer's account being automatically suspended.
Users are strictly discouraged from causing cancellations and refunds abusively. Multiple refunds or cancellations attributed to a user will lead to temporary and/ or permanent restrictions on their account depending upon the severity.
§ 10 Disputes
QAAZII encourages the users to try and resolve any disagreements between themselves. However, should that not be possible QAAZII can provide Dispute resolution.

Users further agree and accept that they have no right to seek to hold QAAZII liable for a Payer or Payee’s alleged actions or failures.
§ 11 Feedback
When the service is rendered by the Payee, the Payer is asked to provide a rating from 1-5 for the Payee. Such rating is mandatory and it influences the Payee’s status on the QAAZII platform.
